DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to support business decisions. Engage in lead generation, prospecting, and customer interactions to understand sales processes. Support the execution of promotional campaigns, trade marketing, and brand activations. Participate in real-world sales and marketing activities, including store visits, customer meetings, and product demonstrations. Monitor marketing and sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvements.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum bachelor's degree in any major. Minimum GPA 3.00. Fresh graduate or Max 1 year of work experience. Maximum Age 25 Years Old. Proven leadership and management experiences in Campus or Student Organizations. Passionate about Marketing and Sales. Problem solver, agile, and have a growth mindset. Effective teammate with strong communication. Have driving license (A/C). Willing to be placed all around Sumatra.
