DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan, develop, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other similar platforms. Track, analyze, and optimize ad performance to achieve established business targets and KPIs. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and develop creative strategies to enhance ad effectiveness. Manage advertising campaign budgets and ensure their utilization aligns with the targets of each platform. Compile regular ad performance reports and provide recommendations for strategic improvements. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and relevant advertising materials for Mille's target market. Participate in the delivery of presentation materials and provide support during pitches or presentations to prospective clients. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Management, or other relevant fields. Work experience or internships in digital marketing are an added advantage. Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other similar platforms. Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and data-driven. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Communicative, proactive, and results-oriented. Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and similar platforms (further proficiency is an added advantage). Possessing presentation and negotiation skills will be an added advantage, as this role will also support the marketing team in reaching out to and convincing potential clients. Maximum Age: 30 Years Old Owns a personal vehicle with at least a SIM C driving license.
