DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase market share Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and distributors Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets Coaching, mentoring and leading a team of sales professionals
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role in the pharmaceutical industry Proven track record of successfully driving new business and achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalise on market opportunities Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals Thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulations, and trends Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences
