DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

○ Working alongside regional IT managers ○ Supporting full cycle Project roll out, including testing and communication with users. ○ Organizing and providing trainings to internal users if necessary ○ Ensuring all IT related incident are escalated and resolved promptly. ○ Ensuring all requests are raised correctly and completed on time ○ Establish/update process flow for service request.
REQUIREMENT

○ Degree / Diploma in IT/Business IT ○ Relevant experience would be advantageous ○ Customer-oriented
