DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and coordinate external audits conducted by certification bodies, regulatory agencies, and customers. Lead and execute internal audits in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards. Ensure timely corrective and preventive action (CAPA) implementation and follow-up. Maintain and control company documentation system, including procedures, manuals, and records to ensure up-to-date compliance. Provide guidance and support to other departments in audit readiness and continual improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve findings and improve audit performance. Report audit outcomes and risks directly to top management.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience in audit or quality management in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics or automotive. In-depth knowledge of ISO and IATF 16949 requirements. Certified Internal Auditor for ISO/IATF is highly preferred. Strong documentation and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
