DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Team Leadership and Supervision Lead and manage the IT support team, ensuring high performance and motivation. Provide training, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members. Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team workload and performance - Technical Support and Troubleshooting Oversee the resolution of hardware, software, and network issues for end-users. Act as the escalation point for complex technical problems. Ensure the timely resolution of IT tickets and monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) - Infrastructure Maintenance Supervise and maintain on-site IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints. Coordinate with the network & security and server teams for seamless integration. Monitor and optimize site IT systems for reliability and performance.
REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor's Degree related Information Technology. - Experienced at least 1 year as IT Support Supervisor - Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching & wireless) - Strong knowledge of server systems (Linux and Windows environments, virtualization & automation) - Strong understanding of ITIL & ITSM operations and Cyber Security & Network Security principles and tools (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS systems).
