DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for department store channels aligned with brand and business objectives. Set annual sales targets and KPIs; track performance and take corrective actions when needed. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key department store partners, ensuring brand visibility, premium execution, and collaborative business development. Lead annual negotiations, joint business planning, and promotional planning. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, including field sales managers, beauty advisors, and retail partners. Foster a performance-driven culture with strong accountability and development plans. Ensure excellence in-store execution: merchandising, staffing, training, customer service, and events. Champion retail innovation and omnichannel integration to enhance customer experience. Oversee sales forecasting, retail stock planning, and P&L responsibility for department store accounts. Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to guide decision-making.
REQUIREMENT

12+ years solid sales management experience in FMCG and retail industries. Beauty category experience is a plus.
