DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Receive, inspect, labeling and check incoming shipment and allocate to proper location within the warehouse such as racking/bin, quarantine location or inspection areas. Prepare and complete all internal and external customer orders (equipment, accessories, spare parts, etc) for delivery or pickup according to instruction/schedule provided by Order Fulfillment in a timely manner. Ensure that goods are properly labelled, packed/wrapped, loaded and shipped/delivered. Handover of non-inventory items such as defective items for repair, brochures, service tools etc to the respective division personnel. Perform all system updates (SAP ERP/WMS/TMS) as required. Conduct monthly cycle count and annual inventory stock count to maintain accuracy in inventory at own Warehouse or 3PL Warehouse. Complete diary logs on warehouse operations and report any discrepancies on monthly basis. Conduct monthly cycle count and annual inventory stock count to maintain accuracy in the Warehouse. Maintain quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization. Ensure that all lifting and maneuvering of product is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures and complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements. Perform daily housekeeping and temperature monitoring. Manage and maintain 5S warehouse operational standard and KPI are met. Contribute suggestions to improve productivity and quality standards of the Warehouse Operations. Maintain ISO standard in storage areas by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements where applicable. Maintain MOH CDAKB compliances and requirement. Participate yearly external and internal audit. Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENT

A. Education / Professional Certification Higher Nitec / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Administration. B. Experience At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Warehouse and Transportation. At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain preferred. C. Technical skills Proficiency in SAP / WMS / TMS / Excel Macro & PowerPoint Skills. Knowledge in CRM will be an added advantage. Knowledge in SharePoint will be an added advantage. D. Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics Possess good customer service and communication skills. Meticulous, process-driven to ensure key processes are abiding to regulatory and audit requirements. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. A team player with high level of dedication. Ability to work efficiently in a pressurized environment with good work ethic. Good interpersonal skills.
