DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the Kartika Sari brand and offerings Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, promotional content, and social media posts Analyze market trends and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends to enhance the company's competitive edge
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably in the FMCG / Food or Services Industry Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful integrated marketing campaigns across various channels Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data to inform strategic decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficient in using marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and data analysis software Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Comprehensive health insurance coverage Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance Employee discounts on our products and services Team-building activities and social events
