DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand the company's market presence in the Sulawesi region Manage, coach and develop a team of sales representatives to maximise their performance Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing deals Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure client satisfaction Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and senior leadership to support the company's overall growth objectives
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record of success in a sales management or area sales leadership role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry Strong understanding of the Sulawesi regional market and customer landscape Excellent people management and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth Exceptional negotiation, networking and stakeholder management skills Proficient in data analysis and using insights to inform strategic decision-making Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English Placement at Makasssar, South Sulawesi
