DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to users, investigating technical and data issues, and ensuring seamless operations of our software systems. Key Responsibilities: User Support: Respond to incoming technical support requests from users/stakeholder and prioritize/escalate issues appropriately based on their urgency and impact on business operations. Technical Issue Resolution: Investigate technical and data issues reported by user/stakeholders and regularly analyze technical and data-related issues, finding and reproducing the problems to identify root causes and propose resolution.. Problem Documentation: Document all processes, procedures, and issue resolutions thoroughly for future reference, creating a comprehensive knowledge base. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and share hypotheses and findings with relevant departments to address issues promptly.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in technical support or a related field. Problem-solver with a curious mindset—comfortable with both numbers and text, and not afraid to dig into data when things get complex. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly present technical information to non-technical users. Proficiency in SQL and basic comprehension of APIs and Python. Experience with Google Workspace tools is a plus. Understanding of logging and monitoring systems for infrastructure. AWS experience is a plus. Qualities and Skills: Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex technical issues, think critically, and develop effective solutions. Communication: Strong English verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Python, SQL, API, and Google Applications. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. Documentation: Strong documentation skills to maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
