DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide daily support for application programs (SAP, MARS, and internal company programs). Assist users in operating SAP and Indolakto Internal Web applications. Perform application/program testing and documentation. Conduct user training on application usage. Manage data uploads from TXT/CSV-based files into the application system. Create and design data analysis reports using Pivot Tables or similar tools for business needs.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related major. Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, or fresh graduates with at least 1 year of internship/project experience are welcome to apply. Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Table) and SQL for data analysis. Familiar with SQL Server and handling data based on TXT/CSV formats. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
