DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders. Create detailed documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and user manuals. Collaborate closely with business users, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation of IT solutions. Translate business needs into technical specifications and recommend system improvements. Perform data analysis and write SQL queries to support business decision-making and troubleshooting. Support system testing, UAT, and post-implementation reviews. Maintain a deep understanding of insurance business processes, especially life insurance products and operations.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst; experience in the insurance industry is a strong advantage. Proficient in writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. Strong experience in creating documentation (BRD, FSD, flowcharts, etc.). Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
