DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Reporting: Report to the Sales & Project Manager.
Tender Bidding: Participate and contribute to the successful bidding of tenders for various projects in Hong Kong.
Marketing Support: Provide support in marketing, project tendering, and pricing calculations.
Technical Support: Provide technical and engineering support to sales and marketing activities.
Team Collaboration: Work in teams to prepare engineering design proposals and presentation materials.
Engineering Liaison: Liaise with engineers and participate in preparing design and build project documentation to fulfill specifications.
Customer Coordination: Coordinate with customers and various consultants related to technical aspects.
Project Management: Participate in project management for assigned projects.
REQUIREMENT
Education: Tertiary education preferably in Engineering, Building Services, E&M Engineering, or related disciplines
Experience : 2+ years sales/marketing/business development/project management in building services, E&M, engineering, construction or related fields preferably with exposure to tender processes.
