DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare and maintain computer labs for classes, training, and events, ensuring safety and readiness of equipment Support both Mac and PC systems, including software installation, system updates, and performance tuning Provide assistance in multimedia production tasks such as video shooting, editing, and graphic design Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and repair Manage administrative tasks including lab bookings, procurement support, and equipment utilization reporting Collaborating with the Lab Manager to carry out bi-annual inventory checks Assist in the coordination and logistics for school-wide events or ad-hoc activities Ensure compliance with all QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines and protocols Work closely with educators and students to ensure smooth tech operations for academic activities
REQUIREMENT

A minimum of a Diploma in Digital Media, Multimedia, Information Technology, or a related field Relevant hands-on experience in digital content creation, IT systems, or media production support Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft SharePoint, and similar digital tools Familiarity with operating and maintaining both Mac and Windows systems in a lab environment A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently Experience with coordinating equipment servicing and vendor management is a plus A positive attitude and flexibility to support school events or projects as needed
