Day 2 Support: Provide comprehensive post-implementation technical support for Tagetik and its integration with other systems such as ERP (S/4HANA), HR systems, Data Lake via e.g. ETL and API. This includes troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization.
System Monitoring: Regularly monitor the performance and availability of the Tagetik application, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
User Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support related to Tagetik, addressing user queries, providing training, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents and service requests, ensuring they are tracked, documented, and closed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
System Configuration: Assist with the configuration and customization of Tagetik to meet evolving business requirements, including updates, patches, and upgrades.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, finance, and other departments to ensure the Tagetik system aligns with business processes and requirements.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, support procedures, and user guides.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for system and process improvements, and work on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Tagetik usage within the organization.
Compliance and Security: Ensure that the Tagetik system adheres to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to data security and privacy.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in application support, with at least 2 years specifically supporting Tagetik in Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting (PBF) and Integration.
Proven experience with financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes is highly desirable.
Strong proficiency in Tagetik software, including system configuration and customization in Financial Workspace (FW) and Analytical Workspace) (AW).
Familiarity with SQL, databases, and basic scripting.
Understanding of ERP systems and their integration with Tagetik.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
