Lead and coach teams across Warehouse, Quality, and Logistics, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational excellence. Develop and implement internal systems, SOPs, and policies to streamline operations and improve team efficiency. Ensure accurate data input and system usage in ERP (Odoo). Oversee warehouse operations in Indonesia and Dubai, ensuring they are well-organized, follow SOPs, and operate with systems that prevent inventory loss. Manage logistics vendors in both regions and develop cost- and time-efficient logistics strategies from factory to warehouse to end customer. Monitor inventory planning to ensure consistent stock availability with a healthy Inventory Turnover (ITO) ratio. Design and implement quality strategies that ensure high product and service standards. Track and resolve quality issues to prevent broader impact. Lead cross-department collaboration to foster ownership, accountability, and effective goal alignment. Track KPIs and performance metrics, identify challenges proactively, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across all functions.
