DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- System Management: Enhance, Design, Configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade financial systems (Oracle and Finance System In house). - Process Optimization: Streamline workflows for accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. - User Support: Train finance staff, resolve technical issues, and create user guides. - Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy of financial data through audits, validation rules, and system controls. - Reporting: Develop dashboards, reports, and tools for stakeholders (e.g., budget vs. actuals, cash flow analysis). - Compliance: Align systems with accounting standards. - Project Collaboration: Partner with IT and finance teams on system implementations or integrations.
REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field. - 2+ years’ experience with financial systems (ERP, BI tools, etc.). - Technical skills: Figma, Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). - Knowledge of financial processes (AP/AR, GL, budgeting). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
