DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide leadership and direction to all business analysts involved in the projects, ensuring consistent quality, alignment, and adherence to best practices.
Lead business analysts to document and manage interdependencies across modules, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
Maintain a high-level understanding of all active modules and ensure seamless integration across components.
Identify and resolve gaps, overlaps, or conflicts in requirements across modules and teams.
Standardize documentation practices and oversee the management of a centralized repository for process flows and key artifacts.
Review and approve requirements documentation and all testing plans created by Business Analysts, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
Monitor project milestones and proactively address risks related to process integration or requirement misalignment.
Works closely with the Project Manager on issues related to Business Analyst tasks. Coordinate with the General Manager of Project Deliverables to resolve escalated project issues and ensure alignment on deliverables.
Develop and maintain an end-to-end process map that links all module flows into a unified business process.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a lead or coordination role involving cross-functional teams or projects.
Strong expertise in business process modeling and cross-functional integration.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to align technical and business teams around common goals and solutions.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments.
