DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
Minimum D3/S1 in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or Technical Support Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in technical support & troubleshooting hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, networks, etc.) Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, WiFi, Firewalls). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist end-users effectively. Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and common software applications Basic knowledge of networking concepts and server administration Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant IT certifications are a plus. Drone Pilot Certification or Drone Pilot Skills is a plus for aerial survey and monitoring tasks.
