Ensure smooth coordinate between team members and company founders
Schedule and organize meetings, appointment, and deadlines for executives.
Draft and proofread emails, reports, and business document
Handle personal tasks with discretion, efficiency, and professionalism.
Summarise information effectively for quick reference.
Arrange executive travel, accomodations, and logistics.
REQUIREMENT
Proven experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant, with exceptional
English communication skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to apply it to various tasks.
Excellent computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
Able to speak Mandarin/Arabic is a plus
