DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Executing the development of strategic initiatives within procurement process, encompassing strategies implementation, ensure conformity user requirement, sourcing, product selection, quality, inventory, delivery and after sales service include service contract. 2. Managing procurement process for medical equipment categories (including maintenance & service contract). 3. Managing RFP Process and end to end supply chain process. 4. Demonstrate expertise in contract negotiations and cost management. 5. Maintain relationships with strategic supplier to continually identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities. 6. Maintain relationships with various business functions in internal organization. (Intense coordination with users and hospital management). 7. Supporting Procurement Manager in developing strategies. 8. Direct Reporting to Procurement Manager.
REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor’s degree preferably in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering/Medical Devices, or another associated Engineering field. 2. Min 3 years’ Experience in sourcing medical equipment, medical logistics and supply chain systems. 3. Knowledge of Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word as well as experience implementing and using procurement systems. 4. Knowledge of developments and trends within medical equipment industry. 5. Knowledge of risk management, with the ability to identify and address anticipated issues. 6. General knowledge of applicable laws and regulations of “Kemenkes” 7. Proven influencing skills to positively impact complex negotiations and communicate at executive leadership levels. 8. Driven to meeting or exceeding milestones. 9. Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills. 10. Ability to provide advice-based fact & analysis. 11. Fluency in English 12.
