DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Handle front desk operations, including answering calls, responding to inquiries, and managing bookings
Support daily administrative duties, including data entry, document handling, and scheduling
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the front desk and communal areas
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with onboarding new members and maintaining member records
(Optional/Preferred) Support social media updates or content creation for professional and community-related purposes
REQUIREMENT
Proven experience in administrative, front desk, or customer service roles is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft 365 tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, helpful, and service-oriented attitude Highly organized, responsible, and able to multitask (Preferred) Familiar with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn) for business or community engagement High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or hospitality are a plus
