DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Direct and supervise daily operations within the finance accounting department.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports, consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements.
Collaborate with subsidiaries to gather essential information related to finance, accounting, and taxation.
Take responsibility for all aspects of taxation, including corporate income tax and VAT.
Serve as a liaison with tax authorities and other government institutions regarding figures in the financial statements.
Provide updates to the Board of Directors.
Perform revenue and expenditure variance analysis and reconcile trust account statements and capital assets.
Manage activities related to fixed assets.
Develop, establish, and enforce accounting policies, methods, and principles.
Lead financial audits and act as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
Oversee budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against approved budgets.
Conduct regular reviews of accounting systems and recommend improvements where necessary.
Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
REQUIREMENT
Exhibit proficiency in English (both oral and written).
Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.
Have at least 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting roles.
Hold a minimum of 5 years of experience at a managerial level.
Demonstrate prior experience working with Big 4.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems/software.
Hold at least one professional accounting certification (e.g., CA or CPA).
Be willing to travel as required.
