DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Manage an existing portfolio of hotel & restaurants customers, building strong relationships and driving repeat business · Grow sales by providing tailored product recommendations and solutions to meet the unique needs of each client · Develop business by proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the geography · Coordinate the order fulfilment process, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction · Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies · Maintain accurate sales reporting and provide detailed sales forecast
REQUIREMENT

· 4-5 years of experience in sales or customer service role · Passion for hospitality and F&B industry, with a customer-centric mindset and a natural attitude for providing exceptional service · Full engagement and strong will to take ownership and drive revenue · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, for the ability to build long lasting relationships will nurture future sales and business opportunities · Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task · Proficiency in using CRM and other sales related software · A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets · Can do attitude, with capability to walk the talk
