DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead a Sales Team to achieve sales target to meet Company KPIs and SLAs
Coach and manage sales team operation and employee disciplinary issues
Prepare and develop business plans, sales strategies and action plans for management's review
Partner with Product Development, Marketing and external vendors on marketable mobile solutions to increase customers' revenue
Engage in sales commission scheme to cater company's goal and objective
Conduct one-on-one review with all sales teammates to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of their sales performance
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team
REQUIREMENT
Diploma holder in Business Management or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years sales team management experience preferable
Strong business sense with good understanding of Telecom and or IT business
Excellent analytical skill and business acumen
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin
