DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ability to deliver end to end project, managing scope, timeline and resources. Ability to manage Change Requests, escalations and stake holders in a project which may involve 10-25 people. Strong sense of resource costing, POC (percentage of completion), Milestone based delivery and clear experience of handling Fixed rice projects around ERP, Large scale deployment or vertical business applications. Cross Industry application is a added advantage and tech industry Project experience is a must. Past track record on consulting or development and mandatory experience with Project management is a must. Experience with MNC or local SI or vendor based organisation is welcome. Strong PM experience in end user based organisations are also considered.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3-5 years experience as PM or at least 3 end to end project delivery experience. Experience managing stake holders and business leads is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa is a must On-site experience is a must and ability to work with offshore or 3rd party resources will be a plus. PMP certification will be a plus. Able to work in Bandung or Jakarta
