DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for end to end of medium enterprise payroll process Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end to end HR solution to solve their issues Maintain updated employee’s database, document, and personal records Review and update procedures and policies related to Human Capital Operations Continually work on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle through process improvements, automation. Help scale various HR programs to create efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum possess a bachelor’s degree from any engineering background At least 3 years of experience in Payroll and HR Operations. Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, and offboarding) Having experience in Industrial Relations & HRIS would be an advantage
