DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintaining a positif, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all the times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationship s and trust with customer through open and interactive communication Responsible for all of customer service reports. Build a good teamwork across departments.
REQUIREMENT

Expert in Ms. Excel . Experience as Customer Service Supervisor in retail business at least 3 years. Preferable in Watch Industry. Experience in leading team. Good spoken & written English. 32 - 40 years old. Bachelor Degree with GPA 3.00 minimum. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Fast thinking and highly dedicated. Possess strong problem-solving skills. High attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure . Can join ASAP.
