DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sales Promotion Strategy: Collaborate with BTL Activation to execute sales promotion strategies that align with the company's overall sales and marketing objectives. Team Leadership: Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales promotion team to enhance their skills and capabilities. Supervise and lead a team of sales promotion professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Manage work schedules, and work location placement, and ensure team members meet their targets. Implement predetermined performance targets and evaluate the performance of the sales promotion team. Relationship Management: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the integration of sales promotion efforts. Retain customers through promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers. Create memorable and impactful customer experiences. Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for sales promotion activities, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation. Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders related to promotions. Reporting: Prepare reports on sales promotion team performance Provide data-driven recommendations for adjustments and improvements in sales activity.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Some companies may require higher education or specific certifications. Min. 1 year of experience in sales promotion, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of leadership and team management. Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools, marketing software, and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies. Strategic thinking and the ability to translate sales promotion goals into actionable plans. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Adaptability to fast-paced and changing market conditions. As a Sales Promotion Team Leader, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage a team of sales promotion professionals. You will be responsible for executing and supervising sales promotion strategies and activities that drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and engage customers effectively.
