Manage the IT asset inventory and software license usage, including maintaining and updating asset/license records and performing frequent reviews. Manage, develop, and train infrastructure team members, ensuring that they are motivated and equipped to provide high-quality service in accordance with agreed-upon standards To ensure technical documentations are properly written and updated by keeping all necessary technical records and change histories in a detail and clear fashion. To actively engage in the internal/external audit processes and to follow up actions in any finding and remediation from audit results.
