REQUIREMENT
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communication, Business, or a related field is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in customer service tools and CRM software. Multitasking and time-management skills. Personal Attributes: Patient, empathetic, and able to maintain a professional attitude in highpressure situations. Additional Requirements: Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, if necessary
