DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance. Responsible for selling IT Business / System Integrator or Application / Solution to enterprise customers, including prospecting new clients, develop and maintain relationship with existing clients, as well as organize and conduct sales presentation, in order to achieve sales target. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry. Handle products (IBM, Microsoft, HP, DellEMC, Cisco, Fortinet, Ruckus, Paloalto, Vmare, etc)
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably as a GM Sales or similar role. Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure & Networking equipment. Strong understanding of IT solutions, products, and services. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively. Results-driven mindset with a passion for business growth. Strong communication skills, both written and oral (English and Bahasa). Having the ability to speak Korean is preferred PT Snet Indonesia, a leading IT System Integrator company, is looking for an experienced General Manager Sales to lead and drive our sales team to success.
