DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assisting, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals. Assisting and controlling daily operations, including inventory and logistics. Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with the regulations. Managing stock control and reconciling with the data storage system. Creating and keeping accurate day-by-day and monthly reports. Ensuring smooth daily warehouse operations. Following Management’s KPIs and measuring them on a regular basis. Complete troubleshooting of warehouse operations. Adhere to the company's rules and regulations.
REQUIREMENT

Previous working experience as Warehouse Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Food Manufacturing. Minimum D3, preferable bachelor's degree/S1 or the equivalent in any field of study. Having a good understanding of Management Inventory Warehouse. Having a good knowledge of Health and Safety (K3), 5R, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems. Having knowledge of FSSC, ISO, Halal, Kosher, and GMP processes. Having certification as Health and Safety Officer (AK3U) by BNSP/Kemnaker is an advantage. Required language: English Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to lead a big team and coordinate with third parties. Excellent problem-solving skills, planning, and organization. Have high integrity, honesty, dynamic, highly organized, and excellent attention to detail. Willing to work in shifts and to be placed in Surabaya.
