DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Conducting financial audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial projections Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices Mentoring and training junior members of the finance team
REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within the financial accounting and reporting industry A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or ACCA) preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members
