DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Receiving and preparation Sales Weekly Reports from Dealers.
Receiving retail report from Dealer and inputting to our retail database.
Preparation, Processing and follow-up Sales Allowance request documents, coordinate with finance and site regional area managers in regards to issued Sales Allowance request, purchase request, purchase order and payment voucher also maintain the data into database file Receiving and preparation Sales Weekly Reports.
Maintain stock Aging ( Dealer ).
Prepare SIPB internal for display units.
Monitoring data target and actual retail dealers.
Monitor dealer stock & Demo Cars every day to match with ideal stock level.
Assist Area Manager to monitor sales program.
Follow up all the reporting from dealer to be on time delivery.
Handle query from the dealer regarding stock but coordinate always with Sales Planning.
Receive PO from Dealer up to distribute unit to dealer.
Handle process logistic & distribution.
Handling logistics and distribution from delivery center to the dealers.
Maintain Data Stock coordinate with Ordering.
Handle query from the dealer regarding stock but coordinate always with Sales Planning.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales, order management, or inventory planning
Strong understanding in inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
Excellent analytical
Proficient in data analysis and using spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with dealers, sales, operations, and other departments
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
Familiarity with ERP or order management systems
