Receptionist job wil be the first point of contact for visitors in the office.
Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them propriately and professional manner.
Establish and maintain the registry function of the Company whereby all incoming mail will be received, registered and distributed or dispatched
Received & Distribute Documentation from Vendor 7 Internal Employees
Support Related Department - End to End Purchase Order (PO) - SAP (HRGA, Aftersales, FS)
Organize dispatch of outgoing mol and documents via different means of delivery, eg. by mail, by hand, by courier, etc.
To make sure oll incoming invoice to be handled directly by finance controller
To organize and supervise messenger services for the whole office
To perform any other duties as may be assigned from HRGA Dept.
Immaculate and maintain the reception area.
REQUIREMENT
Min. Bachelor - Major Management, Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing
3-4 years experiences in accounting with experience in preparing bath accounts receivable and payable
Good in English, both oral and written
Good communication skill
Good personality with self confidence
Good computer skills
Detailed oriented, Accurate data analysis skills, Time management
Ability to use accounting software
