DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Prepare annual last estimate & budget requirement.
Prepare analysis of financial business performance for new and existing clients.
Monitor the collection of financial (Account Receivable) claims to Client & manage dispute and overdue.
Review and prepare calculation of hold and release Account Payable payment to client periodically.
Review and prepare the calculation all existing Intervention by client to mitigate the risk.
Review and prepare monthly analysis of account Principal Claims Accruals, AR Claims, and AR Unbilled for Management.
Conduct monthly closing process & review necessary calculation for all responsible Clients & journal in SAP.
Manage timeline submission and review all Team monthly reports.
Review GOR report and prepare GOR analysis for any outlier on gross profit margin.
Manage relationship with Client as client Finance Business Partner, and Liaise with Clients on a daily basis to provide exceptional support by fielding inquiries, responding to agreed ad hoc request and/or confirmation.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance.
Minimum 5 years of related experience in Finance as Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance, others
Strong accounting knowledge and business acumen.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Analytical, inquisitive, and able to clearly explain the story behind the numbers.
Excellent communication skills, with strong proficiency in both written and verbal English.
