DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports Prepare Invoice, Journal Voucher and other financial documents on time Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard the company's assets Prepare monthly tax returns (WHT Art. 21, Art. 23/26, Art. 4(2), VAT) and Annual Corporate Income Tax Return Mentor and develop the skills of your team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Fiscal Administration Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting supervisory role, preferably in a professional services or consulting firm Thorough knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficient in the use of accounting software (Accurate or Harmony) and Microsoft Office suite A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
