Manage & lead the project team
Manage relationships with customers, third-party vendors & all stakeholders
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope & within budget
Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress
Create & maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Identify, track & communicate project progress, milestones, deliverable changes & dependencies within the schedule, costs, issues & risks
Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
Record & manage project issues & risks, & escalate to management when necessary
Manage cross-functional conflicts & issues
Monitor project progress performance & provide regular progress updates to all stakeholders
Customer’s point of contact on operational & service management to ensure quick resolution
Record meeting minutes & outcomes, and ensure actions are completed on time & escalate issues to line management
Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period
Provide status reports to different parties within the steering committees of the different projects.
To work with the development lead on cost and impact analysis for the customer.
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
At least 2-5 years of IT industry experience with a minimum of 3 years of project management experience
Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing environment
Good customer-facing & internal communication skills
Possesses strong multi-tasking skills to work on multiple projects concurrently.
Good written & verbal communication skills
Strong teamwork & good resource planning skills with attention to details
A self-motivator who can work both independently & as part of a team
Singaporean or Permanent Residence only.
