DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sell BWT retail products directly and engage with retail customers Strong follow-up skills to convert sales and ensure prompt payment from customers Assisting in implementation the sales strategy set by General Manager and hit yearly sales targets Maintain good relationships with new and existing retail customers Establish corporate image and maintain professionalism Strong focus on positive team player and open communication Prepare and submit monthly activity reports Adhere to all company policies and procedures
REQUIREMENT

Whilst fluency in Bahasa would be an advantage, strong written and spoken English is a must. The successful candidate must also have excellent people skills, planning management skills with an ability to convey key messages internally and externally. Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. A minimum of 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related fields of sales/projects/marketing is required for this position. Preferably with basic grasp of technical understanding. Possess a strong interpersonal skill including solid communication skills and ability to interact with people from all levels Excellent presentation skills Willing to be hands on and positive learning attitude Team player mindset, able to work independently and get involved in the execution of principle sales strategies
