DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor and maintain daily IT operations to ensure high-quality IT services with maximum uptime Inspect computer hardware (HDD, mouse, keyboard, etc.) to ensure functionality Maintain productive and effective communication with vendors Create and manage user accounts, emails, and email groups, including adding and removing group members Set up workstations and necessary peripheral devices (printers, monitors, projectors, etc.) Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems Provide user orientation and guidance on how to operate software, computer equipment, and IT services Develop and update user manuals for IT services Back up data and wipe devices of employees who have left the company Troubleshoot IT issues, diagnose and resolve problems (repair/replace components, debugging) Develop and maintain the local network to optimize performance without compromising security Ensure network and computer system security and privacy Schedule and implement system upgrades and maintenance without disrupting employee productivity Maintain records of repairs, troubleshooting logs, and maintenance schedules
REQUIREMENT

1-3 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or Cybersecurity Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Entra ID Experience with Microsoft Exchange (2019 & Online) Proficiency in managing Microsoft Intune Skilled in using Microsoft 365 (Office 365), including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and user account administration Experience configuring and troubleshooting local networks (LAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, Firewall, VPN, etc.) Good understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking technologies Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, including system hardening, firewalls, encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and email security Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems Strong analytical, logical, and risk-based thinking Good communication skills in English Fast learner with a willingness to stay up to date with the latest IT technologies and trends Willing to work outside regular hours if required Able to work effectively with minimal supervision Knowledge of network protocols and services Familiarity with CLI (Command Line Interface) is a plus Experience in Project Management is a plus
