DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Identify internal control risks and develop plans to promote compliance.
Conduct internal control supervision and independently assess the effectiveness of internal controls, including their execution and design.
Analyze issues identified during internal control reviews and provide recommendations for rectification and accountability.
Evaluate the effectiveness of improvements made to address previously identified issues.
Maintain and manage reporting channels for corruption and violations, ensuring reports are received and addressed promptly.
Investigate and proactively inspect reports of corruption and violations, recover losses, and drive corrective actions.
Promote integrity awareness and education, fostering a culture of ethical behavior.
REQUIREMENT
Extensive experience in audit investigations. Well-versed in logistics business operations with a strong understanding of associated risk factors. Excellent communication skills with a logical and structured approach. Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, as well as local customs and practices. Proficient in English, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
