DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications Design system solutions that address the company's operational and strategic needs Develop and maintain technical documentation, including use cases, process flows, and system architecture Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and end-users, to ensure successful system implementation Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring the effective utilisation of the enterprise software Continuously monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement
REQUIREMENT

Diploma degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum 1 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Proficient in enterprise software systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, Net or PHP, SQL Server, Oracle or noSQL, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Sales and Distribution (SD) or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Experience in business process analysis, system design, and documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and data management principles
