REQUIREMENT
Holder of a bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years as Business Systems Analyst Strong analytical/problem solving experience to deal with complex business problems and suggest solutions. Experience in creating user stories Extensive experience creating business process diagrams and data flow diagrams using a structured systems analysis methodology Experience on a variety of technology platforms (client-server, mainframe, web), development methodologies (waterfall, iterative, agile, scrum) Experience writing detailed business requirements and business proposals Experience in Banking systems/applications (preferred but not required) A self-starter who takes initiative, can work without supervision and begin projects independently, embrace challenges, sets high standards, focuses on successful outcomes and promotes teamwork. A fast learner that can come up with several solutions to solve a problem and will analyze to quickly to determine the best course of action.
