DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Our client is establishing operations in Indonesia and is looking for an experienced HRGA & Compliance Manager to set up and lead the HR, General Affairs, and Compliance functions. This role requires a hands-on professional who can build HR policies, establish compliance frameworks, and manage audits to ensure regulatory and ethical business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Setup & Strategy
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures from the ground up.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to support business expansion.
Design and implement compensation & benefits structures in line with market standards.
Establish employee relations policies, grievance handling, and conflict resolution mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, including contracts, wages, and workplace policies.
2. Compliance & Audits
Lead social audits (e.g., SA8000, SMETA, BSCI, WRAP) to ensure ethical labor practices and CSR compliance.
Implement CTPAT security measures for supply chain and facility security.
Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and industry bodies for regulatory compliance.
Conduct internal audits and ensure corrective actions for compliance risks.
3. General Affairs & Office Management
Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility operations.
Manage company security, asset management, and workplace safety protocols.
Ensure proper employee welfare, health & safety programs are in place.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 7 years of experience in HRGA leadership, preferably in a manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial sector.
Strong expertise in Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and HR compliance.
Experience handling social audits (SA8000, BSCI, WRAP, SMETA) and CTPAT audits.
Fluent in English (spoken & written) to manage international reporting and compliance.
Hands-on, strategic thinker who can build HR processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English is a must.
