DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Prepare and analyze financial financing reports for Management
Evaluate and analyze the level of cost efficiency for each department
Work with other departments to obtain valid cost data analysis
Track spending against budget and savings initiatives to ensure the effectiveness of financial controls and accuracy
Create cost evaluation and analysis per homepass based on area and time period.
Monitoring and analyzing infrastructure projects that have been running with actual conditions (IRR vs Revenue; Payback)
Administer sales incentive programs, ensuring all calculations and payments are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
At least 1 years of experience in the same field
Strong Analytical skill, presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
Computer literate, advanced in MS Excel, ERP experience
