REQUIREMENT
1. Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. 5+ years of experience in sales territory management, sales force compensation, incentive program design, or sales effectiveness. Proven track record in managing sales rewards, analytics, and budgeting for a large salesforce. Experience in telecommunications, financial services, FMCG, or other sales-driven industries is an advantage. 2. Technical Skills & Knowledge Sales Compensation & Incentive Design - Expertise in structuring and implementing sales commission and bonus plans. Financial Acumen – Strong understanding of budgeting, financial modeling, and ROI analysis related to sales incentives. Data Analytics & Reporting – Proficiency in analyzing sales performance data and leveraging insights to drive decision-making. Regulatory Compliance – Knowledge of labor laws, tax implications, and industry regulations related to sales rewards. Systems & Tools – Proficiency in using HRIS, ERP, or Sales Performance Management (SPM) tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Xactly, Varicent, or Anaplan.
