DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

System Analysis and Design: Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP solutions. Provide recommendations for the best solution based on SAP best practices. Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure user needs are met. 2. SAP Configuration and Implementation: Configure and customize modules according to company needs. Support the implementation, upgrade, or enhancement process of the SAP system. Optimize business processes by utilizing the latest SAP features and functions. 3. Project & Team Management: Involved in the management of SAP-related IT projects, including timelines and budgets. Provide training and technical support to users (end-user training). 4. Support and Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues in SAP modules. Provide support in daily operations and improve system efficiency. Ensure compliance with IT policies and corporate data security standards.
REQUIREMENT

General Qualifications: Education minimum S1 Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, or related fields. Have at least 3-4 years of experience in SAP implementation and support in FICO & HCM modules. Able to work independently and in teams and have good communication skills. Having at least 2 full cycle SAP implementation experience is a plus. Having experience in implementation and support for companies engaged in the mining industry (owner/contractor) is a plus. Able to work in a dynamic environment and have good problem-solving skills. Technical Qualifications: A. SAP FICO: Understand the configuration and business processes related to GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting. Experienced in FICO Integration with other modules such as MM (Material Management) or SD (Sales & Distribution). Familiar with taxation, financial reporting, and controlling concepts in SAP. Understanding S/4HANA Finance is a plus. B. SAP HCM: Proficient in sub-modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll. Experienced in Employee Self-Service (ESS) & Manager Self Service (MSS). Able to configure HR processes & workflows in SAP. Familiar with integration between HCM and FICO, especially in managing payroll posting. Soft Skills: Analytical thinking and problem solving skills. Communication and negotiation skills with various stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly. Initiative and proactive in developing systems and improving business efficiency.
