DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Tandem with sales team to find and managing project (end user & partner), selling the products Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio (Radio Trunking), LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution (retail & project) at Surabaya Area. Presentation to Customer from beginning until Technical Specification, How to Install, How to Operate/Used and How to Troubleshoot. Provide technical skill and onsite support to customer, such as project management, survey, setting, installing, configuring, monitoring vendor and subcon to partner or end user / customer about Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio (Radio Trunking), LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution (retail & project). Do technical support, project management, vendor / subcon coordination from project survey until reporting related with customer requirement on Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio (Radio Trunking), LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution (retail & project) at Surabaya Area. Make sure installation success, and no complain from customer. Conduct product training to sales team, partner and customer / end user. Lead and supervise a team of service center professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up. Prepare reports and presentations to track and communicate service performance.
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 35 years old. Having experience minimum 3 years in Technical Project / Presales Consultant Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio (Radio Trunking), LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution is a must. Having experience in Service Center will be preferred. Strong background and experience in tender process & creating project from beginning until ending is preferable. Able to communicate & presentation in English both oral and written is a must (active). Computer skill is a must (Ms.Office, Ms.Outlook, Internet, etc). Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated. Willing to work at Surabaya Area ( Branch Office ) and ready to business trip to outside Surabaya (East Indonesia) area for creating, presentation, installation & implementation project. Presales & Technical Consultant for Handy Talky (HT) / Digital Mobile Radio Product & Solution - Surabaya Area : Who handles technical duties, tandem with sales at Surabaya Area focused on selling Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio (Radio Trunking), LTE Radio & POC Radio Product & Solution (retail & project). Is a technical who responsible do job on support in the technical side, such as survey, presentation, design, sizing, POC, creating BOQ, troubleshooting, project management, installation, setting, documentation, training and giving a solution to customer about Handy Talky (HT) Product Solution. Also involve with all aspects of After Sales Division task, service center, helping sales team, partner and end user about the product & solution.
